Tom is a Doctor of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Supervisor at Northwell Health Mather Hospital, where he oversees medication safety, regulatory compliance, and pharmacy operations across inpatient and ambulatory settings. His day-to-day work puts him at the intersection of clinical practice and accreditation — the exact space where MH preparedness lives.

Before founding Willow Pharmacist Consultant, Tom spent years working directly with ASC administrators preparing for accreditation surveys from AAAHC, The Joint Commission, AAAASF, and CMS. He saw the same gap at facility after facility: staff completed annual training, signed a sheet, and moved on — but when surveyors asked pointed questions about MH protocols, the documentation didn't hold up.

Willow was born from that gap. Tom designed the training curriculum to produce exactly what surveyors want to see: documented competency, verified understanding, and organized compliance records. Every module, quiz question, and compliance output exists because a surveyor has asked for something like it.

Tom combines his clinical pharmacy expertise with a background in technology and AI-assisted education to deliver training that's both clinically rigorous and operationally practical. He understands that ASC administrators need solutions that work within the constraints of busy surgical practices — not more theoretical coursework that gathers dust.
